Deposit + Cancellation

Your deposit can be credited to your service at checkout, or you can choose to keep your deposit on file for a future appointment.

In order to protect the livelihood of our beloved staff, Emerald + Onyx Luxury Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed to be ‘‘high risk” for no-shows or last minute cancellations, due to previous activity. This will be at the discretion of the stylist, management and owner.

Any cancellations after the cancellation period or no-shows for any booked appointment will result in a forfeit of the deposit on file. In the absence of a deposit on file or if the deposit on file does not equal $25 per service booked, the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.

Cancellations and rescheduling are accepted up to 24 hours prior to any booked appointment. Within 24 hours of any booked appointment, cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows will be charged according to these policies.

health + safety

The health and safety of our staff and clientele is of the utmost importance to us at E+O.

We happily welcome kids to our E+O experience. Please note all children 18 and under getting services must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. To ensure the highest level of attentiveness between each client and their stylist, we recommend that children only visit the salon when receiving a service. Children are not allowed on the salon floor unless receiving a service due to the potential danger of hot tools, chemicals and sharp objects.

If you are not feeling well the day of your appointment we recommend you reschedule to a later date. Your deposit will be held on your account for the next appointment.

If you have any allergies or sensitivities to color or products please let us know. We want to make your experience at E+O as relaxing and luxurious as possible. We offer a complimentary patch test for any chemical service, the patch test only takes 5 minutes. If you book a service and forfeit the patch test Emerald + Onyx Salon is not responsible for any reaction that occur during or after appointment.

product + Service guarntee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of any services please notify us within 48 hours. We will then consult with you to determine how we can remedy the situation.

We understand not every product we recommend will be your favorite trying it at home. We accept any unopened, unused products within 10 days of purchase for a full refund in the original form of payment. Any opened products can be exchanged for a salon credit to your account within 30 days of purchase. Unless defective, all brushes, hot tools and accessories are final sale and are non refundable.

Emerald + Onyx Salon gift cards are the perfect gift for any occasion. Our gift cards can be used towards services or products. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Gift cards are nonrefundable and service prices are subject to change.

Clothing protection

With each hair service we provide an E+O color cape or robe. However, even the caps and robes run the risk of staining or getting wet at the shampoo bowl. We ask that you do not wear your favorite shirt or outfit on hair day. Emerald + Onyx Salon will not be held liable for any staining or damages to clothing.

confidentiality + Privacy

We know privacy is equally as important to us as it is to you. Any collection of personal information is for client profile services only. Online bookings are through a secure site and credit card information is never stored or visible in client profiles.

Phorest does not directly store any credit card or payment information. Nobody at Phorest can see or access payment or credit card information. All staff members at Phorest are educated on current and emerging cybercrime trends.

scheduling

At Emerald + Onyx quality service and luxury experience is our top priority. Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated to ensure you receive the best service possible, as well as being courteous and respectful of the guest that comes after you. Please note that a late arrival may be subject to a shortened service or a reschedule of your appointment.

If you are unsure of what you would like done with your hair and would like to speak with a stylist, we offer consultation. Consultations are a complimentary 15-minute service to discuss your thoughts or to do strand test. Consultations are required when booking any kind of full canvas vivid hair color.
