Scone:
2½ cups all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons lavender

Combine all your ingredients and roll your dough into about a 1/2 inch think circle. Then you can slice your dough into pieces to create the scones shape. You can even use a cookie cutter to create different shapes depending on that you prefer.

Arrange your scones on a pan and lightly brush with milk- I use almond milk
Place them into a 400 degree oven and bake for 12 minutes or until the tops have browned.

Vanilla Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons almond milk

Drizzle over cooled scones and sprinkle with lavender and serve.
